Program is designed for laptops that allows musicians quick search lyrics or music sheets by categories recorded in *. txt, *.jpg or *.pdf format.

To run the program on Windows XP, you need a Microsoft. NET Framework 3.5

How to use PC-Songbook:

Press shortcut keys F1 - F12 to enter in the specific Lyrics category.
The category name can be renamed by right click over the category name (/ Rename)
When you want to display eg. categories Rock just press F4 and the program
will automatically pull all the lyrics with the extension *. txt which are in directory 
PC-Songbook\rock.
So if you want to put your Lyrics in program, just copy your file in one of 12 category,
(eg. PC-Songbook/Rock/"copy here your Lyrics")
If you want to load some special directory where you have stored Lyrics then
just click on the menu "OPEN".

PC-Songbook shows how many Lyrics you have in selected category.
With just one press of a certain letter on the keyboard you can get Lyrics
on the screen and also listen MP3 files ,change speed, loop specific part of song ... 
according to the selected text which is extremely useful If you forget some
part of songs and you can immediately listen it.
Because the program automatically calls the MP3 file according to the selected
lyrics it is necessary to put MP3 files in directory "PC-Songbook/MP3"
under the same name as the Lyrics.

With option "Find ..." You can search all the songs in selected category, 
which will automatically appear on the screen.

You can also increase or decrease Lyrics fontsize, background color, frames, fonts ...

Program allows to send Lyrics to another computer (PC) through network.
For example you can send the Lyrics to another user who have also
PC-Songbook, with just one click, or automatically sends the text to others after choosed Lyrics.
The users from network gets the Lyrics and can automatically display Lyrics on the screen
or pressing the "ESC" key to manual display Lyrics on the screen.
The program works through TCP/IP protocols and can be connected wired
or wireless to the network computers.
To exchange Lyrics with other in network you must create folder
(eg. c:\lyrics_exchange) only in one computer and allow sharing in network.On each computer in network you must create Z: Map network drive with this shared folder
(to create network drive go to "My Computer/Tools/Map network drive")

Note! The router is not necessary to send Lyrics wireless through network!!!
It`s enough that the laptop has a built-in wireless.

Because of copyright protection there is no MP3 files in folder:
PC-Songbook/MP3/
